CAPTAIN

DUNCAN

Captain Duncan has been navigating yachts for a decade. A former semi-professional rugby player in England, he’s also a master diver and a certified jetski wakeboarding instructor. He’s joined on his adventures by his lovely wife, Iryna.

1ST MATE

JACOB

If boats had a Tinder profile, Jacob would’ve swiped right years ago. Born in Ukraine and raised in the charming town of Roslyn, Long Island, Jacob was the only child, which meant plenty of time to master LEGO ships — clearly preparing him for life on the water. After a brief stint in the world of Business and Marketing in Florida (aka Plan B), Jacob traded PowerPoint slides for powerboats. Over the past 7 years, he’s worked his way up the yachting ladder — from cleaning decks on smaller boats to running operations on vessels cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, and even the Pacific. He's also no stranger to shipyard chaos, which explains his impressive multi-tool collection and the mysterious stain on his favorite deck shorts. Jacob recently earned his Yachtmaster certification and is steering full speed ahead toward captainhood. He’s done his fair share of both private and charter trips, and no matter where the bow is pointing, Jacob brings sharp seamanship, calm confidence, and just the right amount of sarcasm. When not at sea, he enjoys staying active, tinkering with marine systems, and plotting how to become the next Captain without ever giving up his flip-flops.

CHEF

ERIC

Chef Eric has 10 years of experience in the yachting industry and has owned multiple restaurants. He has worked privately for high-end clientele, was a PGA professional for five years, and enjoys making his own wine. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him singing karaoke.

CHIEF STEWARDESS

TANYA

Tanya was born and raised in Rhode Island — so yes, she’s basically part saltwater at this point. With 11 years in the yachting industry under her belt, she brings a global palate and a local charm to every charter. With a natural love for the ocean, a passport that’s always ready for new stamps, and a fearless approach to trying any food at least once (except maybe foie gras...), Tanya brings a global palate and a local's charm to the yachting world. She’s a proud mom to an incredible teenager who already wants to follow in her wake and join yachting after graduation — clearly, great taste runs in the family. Equal parts hard-working, loyal, funny, and chill, Tanya leads the interior team with calm confidence and a wicked sense of humor. Her motto? If the guests are happy, hydrated, and fed — we’re winning. If you’re ever looking for a perfectly timed snack, a surprise cocktail, or your next unforgettable experience, Tanya’s probably already two steps ahead of you — and she brought extra napkins.

2ND STEWARDESS

JUDY

Part sunshine, part sass — and all hustle — Judy is the ultimate vibe curator onboard. A proud Filipino-American with sea legs, strong arms, and an Espresso Martini recipe that could spark a standing ovation, she brings equal parts warmth and energy to every charter. Whether she’s shaking cocktails, styling a table, or lifting provisions like it’s arm day at the gym, Judy shows up with heart, humor, and hustle. She’s always down to work hard, laugh loud, and sneak in a sneaky workout between anchor drops. For Judy, it’s the good vibes, team spirit, and salty air that make yachting more than just a job — it’s her butter-yellow-colored dream.
